Food Distribution Program
Fond du Lac Community Services has a food distribution program to help community members in need. Delivery to Elders is available on request.
Who is eligible? Households which live on the reservation or live in an approved area and have at least one member who is a member of any recognized tribe, and meet the income and resource guidelines. Eligibility is determined by your household size and income. Each year guidelines change, so check with our office to see if you qualify.
Wide variety of food to choose from
You must have proof of address and income. Proof of address could be a power or phone bill in your name. Proof of all income is required; check stubs, letters from Social Security, or something stating monthly income. Certification periods are every six months, unless otherwise specified by the clerk.
You cannot mix food distribution and food stamp programs in the same household. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the program.
