Na’enimonigamig
Na’enimonigamig (where things are stored away), is Fond du Lac's fully equipped commercial kitchen/cannery facility built in 2020 with the help of CARES Act Funding and the Fond du Lac Development Fund, and is located 964 Cary Road. The space is open to all Fond du Lac community members, including enrollees, descendants, family members, Native producers, and Bimaaji'idiwin Producer Program participants to preserve their harvest and create value-added products. Many Gitigaan Program classes and demonstrations are hosted here, as well as community gatherings, feasts, and tours.
